BIRTH PREPARATION
A one off two hour birth chat appointment where you can ask questions and get a fresh view on your pregnancy or a particular issue. We can discuss any evidence/research and discuss all of your options fully.
Perhaps you'll just want to talk to a midwife about your birth plan or ask all the questions you haven't had a chance to ask yet during your pregnancy!
You also get my continued support if you have any other questions and I can give you a bespoke birth preferences template to help you prepare!

BIRTH DEBRIEF
In some cases, birth can be a traumatic and frightening experience. You may find that talking about your birth can help! As a midwife with experience in all areas of maternity care, I can help you with this. It's not necessary to have your medical records with you. As we work together, I can reassure you and help you gain closure about anything that is triggering you or causing you distress.
Our chat will be documented for you after our conversation to help you remember any and all tips/support that we discussed. It is possible to access this service at any time postnatally. Some people do it when they become pregnant again, but you can do it at any time after you have given birth.
