What do you really need to pack in your Hospital Bag?

Do you have your birthing bag packed? Not sure what you're going to need?

Whether you're planning to give birth in hospital or at home, it's still a good idea to have your birthing bag ready and raring to go from around 34 weeks.

It will save you time in the event that you need to go in, or be transferred, to the hospital. Even better, your birth partner will know exactly where everything is if it's all in one place. Because, it’s likely they’ll need all the help they can get and you don’t want to be directing them to the right places when you have the important bit of birthing your baby!

There are some essentials that you’ll need for both you, your birth partner and your baby so I’ve put together a downloadable checklist that you can use so that you don’t forget a thing. Contact me here and I can email it over to you!

If you’re planning a baby shower then it might be an idea to start an Amazon Baby Wishlist* here
